Diversity is the state of having or consisting of different components or varieties ²³. variation in human existence relates to the notion that there are a wide variety of individuals and that this variation fosters creativity and energy in the social, cultural, and economic spheres ¹. Diversity is evident across a wide range of contexts, including gender, language, etiquette, culture, social roles, sexual orientation, education, skills, and a plethora of other areas. ³. 

Diversity fosters innovation and creativity in the workforce, which may aid in the resolution of challenging issues and promote economic progress ¹. It also contributes to ensuring that all people, regardless of background, have equitable access to opportunities and resources ⁵.
